Hosting IONOS przetwarza dane techniczne do dostarczania i zabezpieczania strony. Wybór plików cookie zapisujemy lokalnie na 180 dni. Język i YouTube są opcjonalne. Obrazy i filmy dostarcza nasz hosting lub IONOS.
IONOS podaje przybliżony kraj przy każdym wczytaniu. Domyślnym językiem jest angielski, a dla Niemiec niemiecki. Przy bezpośrednich linkach proponujemy zmianę. Twój wybór ma pierwszeństwo. Funkcja języka nie zapisuje IP ani kraju i nie pyta o dokładną lokalizację. Przybliżone dopasowanie służy naszemu prawnie uzasadnionemu interesowi w oferowaniu właściwego języka (art. 6(1)(f) RODO). Język można wybrać samodzielnie w każdej chwili. Dopasowanie odbywa się na naszym serwerze IONOS przy użyciu lokalnej bazy krajów DB-IP. Adres IP nie jest przesyłany do DB-IP.
Kategoria Statystyki obejmuje skonfigurowane Google Analytics 4 i Microsoft Clarity. Uruchamiane wyłącznie za dobrowolną zgodą na kategorię lub przez „Akceptuj wszystkie”. Zgodę można wycofać ikoną cookie. Podstawy: § 25(1) TDDDG i art. 6(1)(a) RODO.
Google Analytics 4
Mierzy odsłony, źródła, czas, przewijanie, kliknięcia i filmy. Bez treści formularzy i profili reklamowych. Pliki _ga i _ga_* do 180 dni. Google Ireland Limited; możliwe przekazywanie do USA.
Microsoft Clarity
Mapy cieplne i maskowane nagrania sesji. Pola formularzy pozostają ukryte. _clck do roku, _clsk do dnia. Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited; możliwe przekazywanie do USA i własne cele przetwarzania. Przechowywanie reklamowe wyłączone.
Stripe
Do darowizn internetowych używamy Stripe. Kwotę, walutę, częstotliwość i ewentualną prośbę o potwierdzenie przekazujemy dopiero po otwarciu płatności. Dane kontaktowe i płatnicze podaje się w Stripe. Witryna nie przechowuje pełnych danych kart ani rachunków bankowych. Stripe prowadzi rejestr płatności i subskrypcji. Niezbędny chroniony plik cookie działa do siedmiu dni od rozpoczęcia płatności i umożliwia sprawdzenie jej stanu oraz zarządzanie regularną darowizną. Oznaczony tryb testowy nie pobiera prawdziwych pieniędzy.

Personal festival account
For your personal festival account, we process your email address, password for authentication and optional name (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Authentication uses a separate Supabase project in Frankfurt (EU). The provider stores password hashes; this website stores no plaintext passwords. Verification, recovery and security messages are sent through IONOS from management@berlinerklavierfesttage.com, processing the recipient address, required message content and delivery data. Sessions use an encrypted cookie inaccessible to JavaScript (__Host-bkf-session; Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax), limited to twelve hours and the browser session. Email verification and password recovery use an equally protected PKCE cookie (__Host-bkf-flow; up to one hour). This storage serves only the account function you request (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG), independently of optional statistics. Account pages load no analytics or session-recording services. Signing out removes session cookies. Account deletion may be requested from the controller named above; account data is retained for the lifetime of the account, subject to statutory retention or evidence obligations. Technical logs of the hosting, authentication and email services may include IP address, time, delivery status and browser information. Online donations are additionally covered by the separate payment-provider notice.
The separate Supabase festival project is provisioned in Frankfurt (EU). Support pledges store amount, frequency (one-off, monthly, annually or per edition), method, reference, creation and cancellation time. Confirmed payments are stored separately and only after actual reconciliation. A pledge does not initiate a transfer and is never counted as a received payment. Newsletter participation is optional, off by default and withdrawable in the account; we store its current status, consent text version and timestamps. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for account administration and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the newsletter. Existing subscriptions at other services are only synchronized after an explicit integration. Automatic account emails are sent through IONOS. The newsletter preference alone does not trigger mailing. Online donations through the separate payment provider follow their own notice and are not automatically shown as reconciled payments in the festival account. Pledge/payment records follow applicable statutory retention periods; other profile and newsletter data are deleted when no longer needed, subject to evidence-retention obligations.
