האתר מאוחסן ב-IONOS, המעבדת נתוני חיבור טכניים למסירה ואבטחה. בחירת העוגיות נשמרת מקומית ל-180 יום. שמירת שפה ו-YouTube אופציונליים. תמונות וסרטונים נמסרים דרך האחסון שלנו או IONOS.
IONOS מספקת מדינת חיבור משוערת בכל טעינה. ברירת המחדל היא אנגלית, ובגרמניה גרמנית. בקישורי שפה ישירים נציע שינוי. הבחירה שלך קודמת. תכונת השפה אינה שומרת IP או מדינה ואינה מבקשת מיקום מדויק. ההתאמה המשוערת משרתת את האינטרס הלגיטימי שלנו להציע שפה מתאימה (סעיף 6(1)(f) GDPR). אפשר לבחור שפה בעצמך בכל עת. ההתאמה מתבצעת בשרת IONOS שלנו באמצעות מסד מדינות מקומי של DB-IP. כתובת ה-IP אינה נשלחת ל-DB-IP.
קטגוריית הסטטיסטיקה כוללת Google Analytics 4 ו-Microsoft Clarity כאשר הוגדרו. טעינה רק בהסכמה מרצון לקטגוריה או דרך ״אישור הכול״. ביטול דרך סמל העוגיות. בסיס משפטי: סעיף 25(1) TDDDG וסעיף 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Google Analytics 4
מודד צפיות, מקורות, זמן שימוש, גלילה, לחיצות ווידאו. ללא תוכן טפסים או פרופילי פרסום. עוגיות _ga ו-_ga_* עד 180 יום. ספק: Google Ireland Limited; תיתכן העברה לארצות הברית.
Microsoft Clarity
מפות חום והקלטות ביקור עם מיסוך תוכן. שדות טפסים מוסתרים. _clck עד שנה, _clsk עד יום. ספק: Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited; תיתכן העברה לארצות הברית ועיבוד למטרות עצמאיות. אחסון לפרסום נדחה.
Stripe
אנו משתמשים ב־Stripe לתרומות מקוונות. הסכום, המטבע, התדירות ובקשה לקבלת אישור תרומה נשלחים רק בפתיחת התשלום. פרטי קשר, תשלום וכתובת נדרשת מוזנים בעמוד Stripe. האתר אינו שומר פרטי כרטיס או חשבון בנק מלאים. Stripe מנהלת את רישומי התשלומים והמינויים. לאחר תחילת התשלום נשמרת עוגייה חיונית ומוגנת למשך עד שבעה ימים לצפייה במצב התשלום ולניהול תרומה קבועה. במצב הבדיקה המסומן לא נגבה כסף אמיתי.

Personal festival account
For your personal festival account, we process your email address, password for authentication and optional name (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Authentication uses a separate Supabase project in Frankfurt (EU). The provider stores password hashes; this website stores no plaintext passwords. Verification, recovery and security messages are sent through IONOS from management@berlinerklavierfesttage.com, processing the recipient address, required message content and delivery data. Sessions use an encrypted cookie inaccessible to JavaScript (__Host-bkf-session; Secure, HttpOnly, SameSite=Lax), limited to twelve hours and the browser session. Email verification and password recovery use an equally protected PKCE cookie (__Host-bkf-flow; up to one hour). This storage serves only the account function you request (section 25(2)(2) TDDDG), independently of optional statistics. Account pages load no analytics or session-recording services. Signing out removes session cookies. Account deletion may be requested from the controller named above; account data is retained for the lifetime of the account, subject to statutory retention or evidence obligations. Technical logs of the hosting, authentication and email services may include IP address, time, delivery status and browser information. Online donations are additionally covered by the separate payment-provider notice.
The separate Supabase festival project is provisioned in Frankfurt (EU). Support pledges store amount, frequency (one-off, monthly, annually or per edition), method, reference, creation and cancellation time. Confirmed payments are stored separately and only after actual reconciliation. A pledge does not initiate a transfer and is never counted as a received payment. Newsletter participation is optional, off by default and withdrawable in the account; we store its current status, consent text version and timestamps. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for account administration and Article 6(1)(a) GDPR for the newsletter. Existing subscriptions at other services are only synchronized after an explicit integration. Automatic account emails are sent through IONOS. The newsletter preference alone does not trigger mailing. Online donations through the separate payment provider follow their own notice and are not automatically shown as reconciled payments in the festival account. Pledge/payment records follow applicable statutory retention periods; other profile and newsletter data are deleted when no longer needed, subject to evidence-retention obligations.
