Supporting music. Enabling futures.
The Berlin International Piano Masterclass e. V. is a non-profit association based in Berlin that is dedicated to actively promoting classical music and young pianists. Our aim is to secure the future of classical music not only through individual support for artists, but also through a lively public musical life that makes this art form in its depth, diversity and social relevance tangible for everyone.
Berliner Klavierfesttage
The focus of our activity is the orientation of the Berliner Klavierfesttage, which represents the main project and at the same time the exclusive goal of the association. They form the place where our two funding approaches – supporting young artists and commitment to classical music – come together. We see the funding not just as training, but as a comprehensive cultural task: The Berliner Klavierfesttage contributes to making classical music visible and accessible in the city, strengthening its social significance and creating spaces for artistic excellence and encounters.
A commitment to the public good.
The association is recognized as a non-profit organization and is allowed to issue donation receipts. Register of associations: Registered at the district court of Berlin-Charlottenburg under registration number VR 41662 B
