What do we do?
An extraordinary Festival, the Berliner Klavierfesttage is designed to inspire, educate, and connect talented musicians and music lovers from around the world who, alongside the Masterclasses and Concerts, can also experience the rich cultural landscape of Berlin.
Our mission is to discover and nurture the next generation of great pianists, supporting their growth not only as musicians but also as part of a vital artistic community in the coming years. Internationally established artists and emerging talents can exchange ideas, inspire one another, and present their music to the world. The festival thrives on this mutual exchange in which both sides communicate through their music and share their experience. This is what gives The Berliner Klavierfesttage its diverse and inspiring character.
Who are we?
Many different people contribute to the success of the Berliner Klavierfestage. These range from the Artistic Director, to our energetic staff, to our supporters, the Festsptielkreis.
